Northern Power Women are proud to champion and support fantastically brilliant women from across the North. Vic was no exception, her work, ethos and values made her the perfect role-mode addition to our 'ones to watch' Future List 2017.
In just three 1:1 sessions, Vic has given me a huge amount of confidence in every aspect of recording my debut podcast. From thinking about the 'why', to how to interview and using the tech. There's a lot to it and Vic has made it all very accessible to me (and I'm quite a technophone!). She has bags of enthusiasm and ideas - which has made her a pleasure to work with.
I really enjoyed Vic's podcasting workshop. I went from thinking they were irrelevant to having a list of 11 podcasts we could start off with! We are launching a blog for our charity and we’ll now trial podcasts. The session really helped me come up with ideas as well as learning about the practicalities.
Vic's passion for Silent Radio and audio content is clear. With the breadth of guests that she's attracted and with Silent Radio loyal audience, Vic is someone well worth listening to when it comes to all things audio.

Every time I see Vic she lights up my day, so I’m delighted that she’s become so involved in the Flourish network. The network supports women who want to make positive changes in their communities, Vic is an inspirational change maker, so having her part of the network brings so much value to work we do. Community engagement is at the heart of our work here at Brother UK. Vic approached us to support the amazing work that she was doing with unemployed young people at UpRising. The partnership which The Factory Youth Zone with UpRising was entirely down to the skills that Victoria has in abundance. She took time to understand us, where we come from and our aims and objectives - as well as those of the young people. For us, Victoria brought Social Action to life from being a concept on paper to work that inspires and really empowers young people and communities .
