A BIT ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Vic
I’m a podcast expert, consultant, trainer and speaker based in Greater Manchester.
I’ve spent my career helping people and organisations turn ideas into things that actually happen — from programmes and partnerships to podcasts and creative projects.
Today, I’m the founder of MIC media, a purpose-led podcast company working with organisations across the UK. I also consult, train, speak and collaborate on projects where I can bring my experience in audio, communications, strategy and making good ideas work in the real world.
I care about work that has a purpose, people being properly heard, making expertise accessible, and doing good work with good people.

We work with purpose-led organisations to make podcasts that actually have something to say — from charities and universities to public bodies and national organisations.
What started with me and a microphone has grown into an award-winning social enterprise, working with organisations across the UK.
